Q: Dear Sir/Madam We purchased a rest assured mattress 3 years back after doing extensive research on a decent mattress as my wife suffers from a bad back. We have noticed the mattress has now started to sink in and also causing a lot of discomfort to myself. As the mattress cost us a lot of money i'm rather disappointed to be honest.
