COVID-19 statement

We’re living in strange times. Coronavirus is affecting all of our lives, and lots of changes are going to have to be made to help us cope. We know we’re all in this together.

We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused by the changes we make, but our number one priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and partners.

  • We’ve suspended production across our factories for at least 3 weeks. You can still order beds and mattresses online and book a delivery date from Monday 18th May. These may be subject to change.
  • We’re limiting deliveries on orders already placed. From Friday 27th March we will not be able to fulfill any deliveries until Monday 18th May. Please contact our customer care team to cancel or re-schedule your delivery.

Our customer service team will continue to operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to help with any additional concerns or queries you may have.
