  Our first experience of buying a pocket sprung mattress has been a delight. Our son had been suffering from some back problems and not sleeping too well, which we put down to growing pains, too much golf or perhaps a sports injury. But then we decided a new mattress was needed. We duly ordered a Carlton Classic 1000 single mattress. At first when our son saw it, he decided that it looked "bumpy", but now ask him and he practically salivates! It has been exactly what he needed: superb comfort with just the right amount of firm support. Thanks Rest Assured for the answer!

  We had to buy a new matress after having bed bugs!! We wanted something firm that did not sink, our local bed shop in Leigh on Sea suggested this matress and we have not looked back Really comfortable have had the best nights sleep, just right and not too expensive, hoping that it will last a while.   This is a comfortable mattress which, as expected, gives support in all the right places. The memory foam gives a smooth and cocooning feeling while the springs give support with disturbing my wife when I move about. Highly recommended.

  After doing all of the usual on-line searches and reading of other peoples reviews, (as well as checking out local suppliers and physically trying out all of the different types.) We settled on buying a pocket sprung mattress with memory foam top, Pocket sprung because body weight seemed more evenly spread out and quite firm, but with a top layer of foam to still give that 'moulded' feel. For us, total memory foam mattresses felt too encompassing and hot. This pocket 1000 exactly fits the bill for us, soft comfort but still with firm support and no roll together or bouncing as one person moves. Well pleased with my purchase.

  Very happy with our purchase of the pocket 1000 latex. We already had a good mattress but my wife had been complaining that she thought the old mattress was giving her back ache. So far three nights have passed and she hasn't had any further aches. The mattress is firm but with the latex layer makes it feel soft and cozy only down side is getting up in the morning I slept in till 11am this morning so I might be late for work next week.

  Having had 3 years without proper sleep I now feel refreshed on waking after the purchase of my Rest Assured double bed. I had forgotten how a good night's sleep would refresh me and make me more even-tempered. Thank you so much.
