We purchased our mattress just before Xmas 2016, but within 4 months there were very distinct dips in the mattress. We had been turning it regularly as instructed, neither of us are particularly large people, but even allowing for settlement, these were a concern. In May 2017 I contacted the vendor who promptly sent someone to inspect the mattress. They agreed and sent photographic evidence to Rest Assured. I am delighted to say that within 5 weeks we have been given a replacement mattress and are keeping our fingers crossed that it doesn't happen again. The mattress is very comfortable offering softness with support. I desperately hope that it doesn't 'dip' again. However, I am very pleased with Rest Assured's customer service.
