Specialists in home sleep care, the Aviisha Medical Institute, are offering a number of tips on how to have better quality sleep with some of them easier than you think to achieve. They are recommending that you be exposed to natural light every day as this helps to control the sleep-wake cycle which makes it easier to fall asleep at night. They also recommend that if you have gone to bed and are unable to fall asleep, getting out of bed and doing something like reading a book until you feel tired.
