What's the alternative? To lose your temper? I don't see that helping anything.The professor added that a soothing routine can also garner results, such as a relaxing bath, reading a book or even listening to soft music.Seven hours sleep was recently found by researchers at the West Virginia School of Medicine to be the perfect length of time for adults wishing to improve health and alertness throughout the day.
