One of Apple's most famous projects could help people achieve more sleep, an article has claimed.ABC News said a number of apps for the iPhone are now available which can help someone get better bed rest, including a self meditation guide.The programme coaxes somebody into a more relaxed date of mind by suggesting breathing patterns.A sleep cycle alarm clock app is also available to track sleeping habits, even monitoring how frequently someone tosses and turns.The article said: "The app will monitor your movement and wake you in your lightest sleep phase so you arise feeling refreshed and well-rested."Other programmes of note include ambient sleep, which supplies relaxing music, a sleep diary, and an alarm clock for the complete bedtime package.The Idaho Statesman recently reported people should try to stick to routines in order to get to sleep quicker.
