The Shropshire based company JBS Fibre Recovery announced plans today to open recycling facilities country wide. The decision was made thanks to the success of mattress recycling at the Telford based plant said JBS Fibre Recovery director John Neill. He believed that the new plants being planned would be just as successful. Over the last few years, the company has built a reputation for avoiding landfill sites as much as possible. He stated that in the last three months alone, more than 600 tonnes of waste had been recycled, re-used or energy generated at the Telford centre, exceeding all expectations. The Milton Keynes site which opened last month was the first of the new plants planned. Mr Neill announced that Bradford would be the next site for to open.
