Improve your sleep by purchasing a new mattress

It has been suggested that buying a new mattress may solve men's problems with sleeping.

On the website for the health magazine men Men's Fitness, mensfitness.com, an article underlined the fact that too much sleep is lost by people whose mattress partner is tossing and turning in the night all too often.

The article suggested therefore that the purchase of a new mattress is a viable solution, especially as results of a recent survey showed that 47 percent of people lose around three hours of sleep every week due to the afore-mentioned habits of their partners.

The article said: "Your bed should be big and stable enough so that her movements don't disrupt your side of the bed."

Taking fewer naps throughout the day was another suggestion made for people attempting to better their quality of sleep.

Temur-Pedic recently published figures which told the story that pillows and mattresses remain core purchases for UK customers, despite the recent credit crunch.

The statistics showed that memory foam mattresses have been amongst the most popular purchases in recent years.
