Swapping bed linen in the home is still very much a task which falls to women, according to a report.Laura Kemp wrote in the South Wales Echo, saying how the chore is lower in the priorities list than ironing and vaccuming for men.She said: "Wrestle everything off the bed, pull off the sheets, then the pillowcases and duvet cover. Phew, isn't it exhausting."Next comes putting on all the clean bed linen, often including matching the corners.She added: "It's multi-tasking of the highest order and we all know women reign supreme at that."This comes after a study from the David Hide Asthma and Allergy Research Centre, showing children who have clean mattresses have less serious asthma problems than those who do not.
