A website which monitors the habits of Twitter and Facebook users has been using its collected data to analyse sleeping patterns.Online Social Media reports SleepingTime.org has been using timezone and post data to track bedtime habits.Once the information has been processed, users of the site get access to a clok which appears on their monitor and displays sleeping times.According to to Online Social Media, the idea of the website it to provide a 'wakeup call' to people on how long they spend using networking sites.One Twitter user, Nat Friedman, has run a survey assessing when users are most likely to go to bed.Around 28 per cent of them drifted off between midnight and 1am, with 22 per cent going to bed between 11pm and midnight.
