Lifestyle issues and bedroom luxury could be the keys to health and beauty, according to one expert.Kerryne Krause-Neufeldt, the chief executive officer of eyeSlices, supplying natural eye masks for women wanting to look good when they get out of bed, said women can underestimate the importance of their eyes when it comes to beauty treatment. She said simple habits such as drinking 2 litres of water every day can improve the texture of skin and can also cut down on bagginess around the eyes. She said: "Women need to educate themselves as to what is causing these symptoms and address the lifestyle issues more than just the topical."Lifestyle can affect your eyes like your diet, lack of exercise, not having enough sleep; even having a good mattress or pillow can hugely help with sleep."She gave her advice on sleep and beauty at the Olympia Beauty show, held at the Grand Hall, Olympia, London, from September 20 to 21.
