Health commentators have said people suffering from back problems may want to turn an eye to their mattresses.An article which appeared in the women's resource FitSugar, it was suggested mattresses so not last forever and perhaps should be replaced every five to seven years. Leaving it longer may lead to a loss of support, it added."Also note that a firmer mattress isn't necessarily the best choice for preventing back pain," it continued. "It's best to try out different types of mattresses to see which one feels best to you and your back."FitSugar also suggested people who work in office jobs regularly go for walks away from their desks to avoid the notorious back problems which can come with sitting for long periods.Paul C Rosenblatt told the Daily Telegraph newspaper recently that one of the biggest challenges facing couples is sharing a bed with a loved one, something he labelled an "achievement in co-ordination".
