Modern technology allows us to overcome a multitude of problems with relative ease, however, a counsellor has recently stated that something as simple as sitting up in bed using a laptop as your partner tries to sleep can create unwanted strain in a relationship. Using a laptop in bed can make it particularly difficult for the other person to enjoy uninterrupted sleep, thus making it difficult for both individuals.
