Up to 12 months from purchase, if you purchase a Rest Assured mattress or divan, in the unlikely event that a problem should arise due to either faulty material or poor workmanship, during the first year from purchase we promise to replace or repair any part, or all of the product that is defective completely free of charge.

Between 12 months and 5 years from purchase a sliding scale of charges based on usage plus transport costs comes into effect.  Full details are available on this website.

The guarantee applies to goods purchased from an authorised retailer of Rest Assured products in the UK and Eire and, in all instances, applies to product only where it has been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and instructions.
