In the unlikely event of a defect in material or workmanship occurring within five years of purchase, Rest Assured will arrange to repair or replace the item where we are satisfied that the appropriate manufacturer's care instructions have been followed. We reserve the right to inspect the product if necessary.
This guarantee applies only to Rest Assured products purchased from an authorized retailer in the UK & Eire and, in all instances, applies to product only where it has been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and instructions. Please ensure that you read and comply with the Care Instructions delivered with your bed.
Any claims under our guarantee must be made through the retailer from whom the bed was purchased. Please ensure you retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
