Q: I purchased a Ferdinand 150cm 2drw se 17/04/2011 from Paul Simon Banbury Cross Retail Park .It has sunk both sides leaving a lump in the middle which makes it extremely uncomfortable.Shop promised to send somebody to look but so far no luck,that was about 6 weeks ago.hope to hear from you Doreen Question from Doreen Deegan

Your contract of sale lies with the retailer and we would expect them to deal with your complaint under the terms of our warranty.
