Q: I have just purchased the Atlantis and in the instructions it notes not to store on it's side.The delivery van brought the mattress on it's side and it had been in the can for around 10 hours, could this cause damage ? Question from S.Hamilton
A: Thankyou for your recent query. Due to the nature of the pocket springs and other fillings in our mattresses, we do recommend that they are not stored on their side for extended periods of time to prevent damage. Your mattress is unlikely to have been damaged during delivery as this is a small period of time. However, if you do have quality concerns, please contact the customer service department who will be able to advise on a course of action for you.
