Q: I bought a kingsize 4 drawers divan bed about 5 ago, but unfortunately the two bases have gone bad. I have searched around without any success in trying to get replacement bases. I bought the bed from Tesco Direct. Please i would apprecite it if the two bases could be replaced. One of them has sagged that we have to use shop catalogues to support. Please help. A: If your purchase was under 5 years ago, then please contact the sales office on 01282 85000. Where you may still fall under the 5 year warranty. Alternatively one of our high street retailers would be able to supply a base only. If I could ask you to use our post code link you will see a list of your nearest retailers. These will be able to source and price a 'base only' for you.
