A: It is not uncommon for all new beds, regardless of size, type or manufacture to seem a little strange at first, as the chances are the springs and upholstery in your old mattress were not what they should have been. Where there was no support... there certainly is now. We would recommend you try your mattress for a few more weeks, this would give both yourself and the mattress time to adjust and settle, you should really feel a difference then. If you are still disappointed please contact your retailer who will be able to discuss any options with you.
