Your website says not to use cleaners on my mattress, however while away on holidays, a container of liquid that I had left in a sports bag on my bed leaked out and has now stained and dried on the mattress, duvet etc. Is there something I can use to get the stain out? Thanks for your help. Janine: Unfortunately, there is little you can do to get the stains out now that they have dried. We do recommend using a washable mattress protector over the mattress in case of such accidents. Understandably, this doesn’t help you now, but investing in one would protect against future spillages & conceal the stains to some extent.
Duvets etc. can usually be laundered, but we would recommend you follow the washing instructions on these.
