- Could you let me know why you have discontinued the Hazel Ortho 2000 mattress please. I prefer this to the supposed equivalent as the Hazel has natural fibres.

This was a commercial decision - a bit like fashion changes, so do consumers requirements for different types of mattresses, hence we change our ranges from time to time.
Our sister organisation The Pocket Spring Bed company do have a range of products called Artisan which are made with natural fillings.
