- I have a new mattress (Royston) and while it is proving very comfortable I am finding that I get very hot in the night, even though I have same duvet. Also the room is cold. Is this normal?

Modern day fillings do create a warmer sleeping surface. This can be minimised by using good quality cotton bed linen and a lighter weight duvet.

I was told that latex was a natural substance that would keep me cool. My linen is all cotton and i was not planning in having to buy a new duvet!
Can you confirm that this is natural latex.
