- I have a single Postureguard mattress with tag No. 36/06 which was a replacement for a single unsatisfactory Cloud Nine mattress. I have developed a back problem and realised that the replacement Postureguard now dips in the middle and claims to have a 15year warranty. It is apparent that my back problem is caused by the mattress as I recently spent 4 nights sleeping on a "Hotelier" mattress without waking with a painful back. I no longer have the invoice nor can I remember from where I bought the Postureguard although it must have been in the Southern Suburbs somewhere. Please will you advise what I can do to sort out my problem?
