- we have a hartwell 1200 it now has a dip where i lay after nine months we have been told by the company we purchased the bed from we should turn the bed every six months is this true as it was not mentioned when we made our purchase many thanks for any help you may be abke to offer.

You should be rotating the mattress on a regular basis to ensure even settlement of fillings. Because of the type of fillings used these days there will be some settlement, this is quite normal and is not a cause for concern.
