We need a replacement UK King Size Mattress for our existing UK King Size bed frame i.e 60" x 78" or 152cm X 198 cm. Your King Size Mattresses are quoted as 150cm x 200cm. Is this exact or are they in fact the slightly smaller imperial size? Julian Hart: Our mattress are now manufacturered and measured in metric units. The imperial measurements we quote are the closest equivalent. Putting a new mattress on a base for which it was not intended or putting a new mattress on an old base can impede comfort and reduce the useful life of the mattress.
