- Am I correct in assuming that the Anita 1400 mattress is the same as the Silver Moon 1400 except for having a different filling on the outside of the springs instead of the latex? For instance is the spring tension the same?

The Anita and the Silver Moon do have the same springs, but as you state the Silver Moon has a luxurious layer of latex.
