I am thinking about purchasing a memory foam pocket 2000. Can you confirm if there are any odours from this mattress. I have observed on numerous occasions that customers have complained regarding this problem as there is quite a bit of money being outlayed in this purchase.

New mattresses do sometimes have an aroma particularly memory foam, but if aired regularly this will soon fade. We recommend that after removing the packaging the mattress is left uncovered in a well ventilated room for a few hours before use.
